About us

K4 Group AS is a Norwegian family-owned investment company founded by the Khoury-family in 2016 based on businesses established back in the 1990s. K4 Group is an active and long-term investor that invests in both well established companies, startups and scaleups directly and through funds. We seek to preserve and grow our wealth while leaving a positive footprint.

OUR APPROACH

We believe in competent capital and primarily invest within sectors we have direct or related experience from either as executives, board members and/or as investors: Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Seafood, Property, Healthcare and Industrial Technology. As active owners we often take a board position, but can also contribute with expertise in strategy, business/tech development and finance in addition to leveraging our network of partners and advisers.

Rami Haug Khoury
Founding Partner & CEO

Rami Haug Khoury holds a MSc in Economics and Business Administration (Siviløkonom) from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) with additional executive education from INSEAD and University of Tromsø (UiT). He has over 12 years of top management experience from amongst others Shell as Nordic Procurement Operations Manager and later as part of Group Management in both Aker Seafoods and Norway Seafoods holding executive roles within business development, procurement and production before serving as Managing Director – Denmark.

In 2015 Rami took over the family-owned businesses and co-founded K4 Group, while also serving as the CEO of Waldemars AS. Today Rami is the Founding Partner & CEO of K4 Group and chair/board member in the portfolio companies.

Hani Khoury
Founding Partner

Hani Khoury has an interdisciplinary background within business and tech with a BSc in Informatics from the University of Oslo and MSc in Business and Economics from the Norwegian Business School (BI), majoring in Strategy.

He has strong digital skills and capabilities and broad experience running strategic and operational projects and programs at both strategic and operational levels across various industries ranging from Shipping & Transport, Oil & Gas, Energy & Utilities, Financial Services, and the Public sector, while part of Cognizant and Capgemini Consulting.
